Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
Orders totaling $50 or more automatically qualify for free EMS shipping. Otherwise, our fast Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx is just $12.95.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our headquarters at 3067 Seneca Drive, Portland, US 97205 within 1-2 business days.
How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after shipping with full tracking

Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after shipping with basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except some Asian and remote areas.

Why haven’t I received my tracking information?
First, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us at [email protected] with your order number – our Portland team responds quickly!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. If your case isn’t the perfect fit (literally or stylistically), we’ll make it right!
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the simple process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

International Orders

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Some countries may charge customs or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian areas?
Due to complex shipping regulations and unreliable delivery networks in certain regions, we currently exclude some Asian and remote areas from our shipping coverage.
